1. Add the products you want to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Please act quickly, as the online store is only open for a limited time from 27.8.–17.9.2025.
2. At the checkout, you can choose either free pick-up from LYY's premises or extra-charged delivery to PostNord's pick-up point around Finland.
3. Product manufacturing process begins after the end of the order period and the delivery time is approzimately 4-5 weeks after that. If you have any questions about the order process, manufacturing or products, don't hesitate to contact info@kloffa.fi.

If you choose "Joint delivery (free)" as your shipping, your products will be delivered to the Student Union of the University of Lapland and you'll be able to pick them up according to their instructions. Ordered products are reserved for 6 months and after that the ownership will transfer to the Student Union, if still not picked up. Please take this into account when choosing delivery method.
