E-commerce products are sold by Klaimet Finland Oy (3009782-7). We sell products to individuals, companies and associations in Finland and the EU. Product prices include 25,5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

 

Ordering

The products are generally ordered via the Internet at kauppa.kloffa.fi. All orders are confirmed by an order confirmation sent by e-mail, which states the ordered products and their prices, as well as delivery costs. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. You agree to the delivery terms valid for each order.

Payment methods

Payment methods are offered by Verifone Finland Ltd (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Ltd is authorized by Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are executed in Verifone Finland Ltd's secure payment environment. The recipient of the most common online banking, card and other payments is Verifone Finland Oy, which forwards the payments to the merchant. With regard to other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case (company name) appears as the recipient of the payment.

Information security for online payments

We use a secure SSL-encrypted connection when processing credit card and other order information. We do not store credit card information in our information systems, but they are processed and stored in Verifone's secure PCI DSS certified system.

 

Delivery methods and time

The production of customized products only starts after the end of the order period of the community (company, association or other group). The aim is to manufacture the products as quickly as possible and deliver them immediately after completion. The products will be delivered in one batch to the address agreed with the community contact person, unless otherwise stated on our website. In some cases, depending on how the products are made, some products may be completed on different schedules. In this case, the products can be delivered in two or more batches. The typical delivery schedule for orders is approximately 2-4 weeks from the end of the order period. For example temporary deficiencies in stock availability for individual products or the busiest calendar periods may extend delivery times.

 

Binding nature of the order

After placing an order, the consumer undertakes to monitor his e-mail to receive the order confirmation. The binding sales agreement enters into force when Kloffa Group Oy has sent the order confirmation by e-mail. After an order placed by a consumer, Kloffa Group Oy has no right to change the delivery terms of that order.

 

Exchange and return conditions

Customized products have no right of exchange or return. 

Exceptions are situations where the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer or the product has been broken or damaged on arrival. Here the consumer must immediately notify Kloffa Group Oy at info@kloffa.fi or by post to Kloffa Group Oy, Vatselankatu 9, 20500 Turku. The defective or defective product will be returned free of postage in accordance with the instructions given by Kloffa Group Oy, provided that the notice of complaint has first been duly submitted to Kloffa Group Oy. Upon receipt of the returned product, Kloffa Group Oy may return the purchase price already paid to the consumer or alternatively agree with the consumer on the delivery of a replacement product.

Kloffa Group Oy is not responsible for errors made by the consumer in connection with the order, for example in connection with the size, quantity or color of the product.

The images sent to the customer and displayed in the online store are visual prints of what the product should look like when customized. They are not images of the finished product, and there may be slight differences in the customized product compared to the draft. Kloffa Group Oy is not responsible for any differences related to the size, placement or other details of the customization.

 

Complaint

In the event of an incorrect, defective or damaged product during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to Kloffa Group Oy. The complaint must contain the following information:
